Policies, staffing and procedures
Fundraising and community relations
a) Trunk or Treat - Saturday, Oct. 26th - 1 to 3pm
-Joe’s Kitchen to donate soup - Crock pots: Ed, Maria, Steve, Jessica, Phoebe, Bridgette -
-sleeves of cups and spoons
-Contact previous preorder people
-Lu to do inventory of materials
-Pam to confirm hotdog status with Lion’s Club
-Chafing dishes - Fran
-Pick up soup (Ed, Fran, Dena?)
-Soup to sell on the park (one crock at the library)
-Baked goods by donation (brownies, rice krispie treats, cookies, bars, sweet breads, cupcakes)
c) Bingo at Babes - 2nd Thursday of the month, recurring
-Sell the dabbers as part of the fundraiser
-Library will purchase bingo sheets
-Jessica to investigate Bingo logistics
-Lu to investigate stickers from The Sticky Brand - RML logo

a) Budget -
-Someone to investigate high yield savings?
-Reviewed shed proposal.
i) Motion to vote on acceptance of budget by Dena, seconded by Bridgett, all in favor- APPROVED
b) Sidewalk Plan
-RML not included
-Fran to meet with John Dumville to demonstrate the accessibility issues
-Lu to contact the select board to present a grant application for independent sidewalk improvements during the next select board meeting, October 22.
c) Outdoor Space
Policy review schedule: (Feb: Collection Development; April: Service Policy; June: General Operations; October: Internet Access, Art & Craft Exhibits; Revision of Policies) - bump to November meeting
